OCD Painting & Staining, LLC

I’m a general contractor building homes in the Pagosa Springs area. I hire numerous subs during the year. During 2021 and 2022 OCD Painters worked on several large homes for me. Painting was great. Brady certainly has a eye for detail. I explained what needed to be done and took it from there. My company was very happy with his work and his price.

Brady was one of only a couple of painters that would even return my call when looking for a painter for our vacation home. How fortunate he did as he and his team did and EXCELLENT job in their prep, painting and cleanup. They did their job quickly and sent pictures of their progress along the way. When we needed new stairs stained and sealed, again Brady responded quickly. He was able to go in assess what was needed, was able to match the new stain to the existing stain, and then seal it all. Again, all done professionally and beautifully. Thank you Brady!!!

Brady and his team do excellent work! We used OCD for interior paint, exterior stain and exterior paint on our cabin. They show up as promised and are extremely efficient while maintaining high quality work and sticking to their estimated costs.
